Site material
The QuizLab name, the PlanetChessClub name, the site design, and the application code belong to their respective owners and may not be copied, rebranded, or redistributed without permission.
Your content
Quizzes, positions and prompts you create remain yours. By publishing a quiz you allow us to store and display it to the students you share it with. You confirm you have the rights to any text or material you include.
Chess piece artwork
The selectable chess piece sets are open-source artwork from the chess community, used under their respective open licences and credited to their original authors. Board themes are original to this site.
Reporting claimed infringement
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact the site operator with: identification of the work, the quiz link or page where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.
Reported material may be removed or disabled while a claim is reviewed. Repeat infringement can lead to account closure.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you hold the rights, contact the site operator with an explanation and your contact details so the decision can be reconsidered.
